We are a proud, family-run, female-led business with a combined 8 years of experience in fire safety. As a mother-and-daughter team, we bring a personal and dedicated approach to everything we do. While we offer a range of fire safety services, our main focus is fire risk assessments, allowing us to stay fully up to date with the latest regulations and best practices. We take pride in offering truly independent advice—unbiased and proportionate.
Molly
Molly brings a unique perspective to fire risk assessment, having witnessed the impact of fire firsthand through her background in fire restoration. She has extensive experience in office management, running operations for a previous fire and security company before taking on the same role at Foley Fire alongside her assessing work. After shadowing our senior assessor for over two years, she achieved her Level 3 qualification in August 2024. Molly specialises in listed buildings, blocks of flats, and holiday accommodation. She loves traveling for work and meeting new people.

Becky
Tier 3 IFSM TFRAR, AIFSM
Becky brings a wealth of experience from social care and social housing, where she worked as a senior manager before retraining as a fire risk assessor in 2021. After starting in a family-run fire and security business, she founded Foley Fire Risk Assessment Ltd in 2023. A Tier 3 IFSM-registered assessor, Becky specialises in complex sites and all stages of construction. She also works independently as an associate validator and continues to expand her expertise through ongoing professional development. Proud to be part of a women-run family business, she is committed to delivering practical, client-focused fire safety solutions.
Errol
Errol is Foley Fire’s resident office hoover, white noise machine, and all-around entertainer. When he’s not keeping the floor crumb-free, he can be found snoring through meetings or demanding well-earned belly rubs. A firm believer in work-life balance, he reminds the team to take breaks. With his wagging tail and endless enthusiasm, Errol brings a little extra joy to every workday.
